Founded in 1998 by David T. Bussau with Founding Executive Director Atty. Roweena F. Mendoza as a response to the call of assisting Christian enterprise development to address the needs of poor families and communities more wholistically in order to effect true transformation of lives.
The Wholistic Transformation Resource Center Foundation, Inc., (WTRC) is a non-stock, non-profit Christian organization aiming to build an awareness that true transformation will occur not by merely providing economic needs of the individual, but through addressing the needs of the whole person covering all the domains in life.
Anchored on the Gospel and this wholistic transformation principle, we collaborate with churches, development organizations, and social enterprises to set up community development initiatives that aim to fill the gaps in our partner-communities’ needs. Ultimately, we partner for Kingdom-building service and ministries.
To see NGOs, churches, corporates and individuals who are able to engage in cutting-edge wholistic development strategies that empower poor and marginalized communities to become transformed, productive and healthy, living in dignity and sufficiency.
To cultivate partnerships that would develop and design cutting-edge wholistic development strategies to provide a platform for community transformation, volunteerism, and social entrepreneurship.
